New York City Updates and Forms

Our next parent meeting for NYC is Tuesday, February 11th at 7:30 pm.  Join us via Zoom!  Please complete the Parent Authorization Form for an overnight field trip.  If your child is taking new medications since the Fall Retreat, they will also need to complete another Medical Authorization Form.  Please print, sign, scan and email forms to rooseveltorchestra@gmail.com.
